Affordable went out of their way to deal with several cancelled tows from an insurance company I have been dealing with. Especially the dispatcher and driver who were both very nice. Once it finally got taken care of by the insurance company, the driver (Joe) showed up on time – he was there before me actually, was polite and my truck made it from point A to B safely!
